On ariixmlm.blogspot.com the owner who goes by “John” wrote a slanderous post about me – Tim Sales.

I submitted a comment on his post but he didn’t show it or email me to get the facts.

I created this blog so you can read WHAT he was unwilling to share with you.

Hi “John,” I’m Tim Sales.

I’m not sure of your purpose in the slander post but if you are genuine and want to give your readers facts, contact me at “changed Tim’s email for privacy”@gmal.com and I will tell you facts.

Your ONLY factual statement was that I married my upline. But I can’t see how this gives me a “questionable and shady background.” Of course we make Blue Diamond on the same day…we were married BEFORE we were Blue Diamond – duh.

In your post you admit, “How much did Tim really build? This author doesn’t know.” Very interesting John, you admit you don’t know anything but dedicate a post to slander me. I know it’s unethical but isn’t it also illegal?

And this line is interesting, “Tim probably won’t do any active recruiting.” How did you come up with this fabrication? You couldn’t be more wrong and you will look like a fool in a few weeks.

You are obviously in a competing company and are very afraid… but what are you afraid of if the point you’re making is that “Tim didn’t really build” and “Tim probably won’t do any active recruiting?” FYI I am not after your associates.

If you are a reader of “John’s” blog ariixmlm.blogspot.com you need to know how to recognize fabrication: The easiest method is to locate (or try to locate) the author’s “sources.” Meaning, where are his/her facts coming from?

In John’s post his “sources” are nameless. I’ve put quotes around his so-called sources:

“people” have emailed me,

“old timers” say,

“it” sounds like,

“these” top leaders are saying, etc.

John does not name a single source on anything of my background being questionable or shady! Instead all sources are nameless and faceless identities.

Speaking of nameless/faceless, isn’t it odd to anyone else that “John” doesn’t reveal his true identity but attacks real people?

Also, in the header of his post he states:

“Get all the FACTS with this Ariix REVIEW before you invest…”

Facts? I didn’t read one fact on Ariix other than I am the top distributor in Ariix. Review? What did he review about Ariix? He didn’t contact any of the owners of Ariix, he didn’t visit the home office, he didn’t try the Ariix products, he didn’t state pros/cons of the compensation plan, nor did he contact me to get any facts about Ariix (or even ask me about my “shady” history).

John, your whole website is a scam. You lie to your readers stating your blog is a review of Ariix.

You made it all up – even who you really are.

Man-up John; post your real name and picture.

Even better, let’s you and me get on a video Skype call and record it. You can ask me anything you want and I can ask you anything I want. We’ll then post it so everyone can see and hear a REAL ARIIX review.

“John” also wrote a slanderous post about Fred Cooper (The CEO of ARIIX). Fred is one of the smartest business people I know.

Guess what “John” tries to slander Fred for?  Working ARIIX part-time. Yet over 90% of the Network Marketing industry works their business part-time until they can go full-time. Is “John” hypocritically suggesting one can’t work a part-time business ethically?

From my perspective, Fred and the other executives simply felt their abilities were held back where they were. Their departure was most certainly dramatic, but I did not see unethical actions. – Tim Sales

I think the biggest shot heard around the MLM world is this… MLM Guru, Expert, and Most Respected MLM Trainer, Tim Sales, is coming out of retirement to be the Master Distributor for ARIIX. He is not a consultant. He is not getting a salary. Tim Sales is actually building ARIIX as a Distributor. What?

And after a fireside chat with Tim Sales…I found out why Mr. Brilliant Compensation himself joined ARIIX…here are some excerpts from that chat and the criteria Tim used to make his decision to join ARIIX.

Tim said that a person only gets to be stupid a couple of times in life and if he missed this opportunity he would have to be really stupid…so with that in mind let’s see what Tim looked at to make his decision.

Criteria #1: Will the company go long-term?

The first place you have to look is track record. Companies don’t build companies…people build companies. And people leave trails Those trails are either filled with successes or filled with failures. ARIIX CEO Fred Cooper and ARIIX President Mark Wilson were the drivers behind building a $500 Million a year, well-respected, international company in Network Marketing. They have real experience working with a big time MLM company. According to Tim their track record is impressive.

Being well-funded is not the only requirement (Sounds like ARIIX had to turn money away so it appears they are well-funded) But it is how a company manages or mis-manages three vital resources: Inventories, Employees, and Leaders.

Mismanagement of Resources: Mismanagement of inventories cause new companies to fail all the time in network marketing. ARIIX’s Fred Cooper and CFO Jeff Yates know how to manage resources because they did it for a large network marketing company already. They know they have to sell all their inventory and pay all bills before they can turn a profit. Not only do they know this, but they know all the details on how to do it.

Employees: They have to put the right people in place to do the correct jobs yet not have too many employees so their overhead is too high. They have attracted a team that has over 60 years experience in network marketing from a corporate standpoint. These people have influence and they have a vision with the six founders of the company.

Leaders: Taking care of the network marketing leaders in the field is probably one of the most overlooked areas in network marketing. Too often when a company starts to make big money the company or owners become greedy and then it becomes the field vs. the corporate office. Distributors are managed with fear of losing their checks. Owners make huge profits and distributors have to scrap for six figure checks while owners make millions. Well no one knows how to manage leaders in the field better than ARIIX President Mark Wilson. He is very unique in his abilities. In addition to Mark, ARIIX COO Brent Jorgensen is connected to many top leaders in the network marketing industry and he is attracting them to ARIIX in record droves.

The company is also founded with a first ever Member Bill Of Rights which has such provisions as Right To Share In Profits, Right To True Ownership and Protection, Right To Share in the Fun and Incentives, and many more.

It sounds like ARIIX is really looking to be different. But Tim continued…

Criteria #2: Will the products sell outside the network?

Will the products attract customers instead of just distributors buying the products. If the products DO NOT sell outside the network then the furthest a network marketing company will make it to $100-$200 Million a year but most likely will not go above that. ARIIX’s goal is $10 Billion. The list of product experts that ARIIX is bringing to the table is quiet staggering and this all-star product team is going to get customers to reach for the products. People will demand the products and with that type of enthusiasm that cause all price objections to go away. According to Tim, ARIIX will have products that sell outside the network.

Criteria #3: Will I be well paid for my efforts?

There are many compensation plan experts in network marketing, but ARIIX CEO Fred Cooper is the guy network marketing companies go to in order to tweak their plans..and if a company can’t get Fred to try to fix their plans they have to get a lesser expert. Fred realizes that by waving big checks you attract big leaders and big leaders need a big game to seduce them to build. Fred Cooper has ability to write this type of comp plan and the comp plan Fred put together for ARIIX is off the charts according to Tim. Tim said every “Big Leader” he has shown it to says..”Is this Real?” According to Tim Sales it is very real.

Criteria #4: Training and Marketing: Will the training produce an effective distributor?

Tim has seen too often the first step of any big MLM leader’s training is to get rid of the company starter kit. That those kits put together by committee rarely work. Tim Sales is known for his training and his training will be part of the ARIIX starter kit. There will be two types of training. A home study course will be provided for those with little network marketing experience. Experienced network marketers will be able to plug right into the marketing campaigns that they want to move on promoting a certain product or business focus.

Marketing will also be proven through testing and passed down the line so distributors can have effective marketing that works without having to reinvent the wheel. Tim says this is where he will be spending a lot of his time to get effective campaigns out to the field.

So this is what has gotten Tim Sales out of retirement. After listening to Tim I could see why he is excited.

I believe there are online multi level morons but there are are offline multi level morons as well. Just as there are offline MLM Professionals, there are Online MLM Professionals too.

Now I want you to pay close attention to what I am going to discuss here.

This article is dedicated to showing you how many Online MLMers are playing into the hands of those who say they are Multi Level Morons, and how to become an Online MLM Professional.

The arguments are these…

Multi Level Moron Theory #1: That Online MLM is ruining the network marketing industry. That these online MLM people are spamming every few minutes or every few hours about their opportunity. Basically pitching their deal over and over again like an obnoxious person at a cocktail party. So let’s take a look at this.

Well crap, I went on Twitter a few minutes ago and I typed in a popular MLM company name and got a distributor for that company which allowed me to read their tweets (I changed the company name to XYZ Company and erased the web link).

Breeze through this but look at the time stamps. This is clearly not a marketing approach. This is playing right into the Multi Level Moron Theory: This is MORON Marketing at it’s best. And these people had over 50,000 followers…So you might say wow 50,000 people, they must be successful. Don’t be fooled by the number…many could be their downline, crossline, etc which is terrible. Because they are setting the example of how to be a total Moron to over 50,000 people who are looking up to them. And they sending out messages like this all day long. But here take a gander…These are REAL tweets.

That is clearly moronic. It is desperate and unprofessional. So if the top leader is doing this…guess what the guy who just joined is doing. There are much better strategies for this. You do this on MySpace, Twitter, and Facebook and they might send you to hang out on MyTwitFace – The Multi Level Moron Social Puking Network. Ok just kidding.

But before i give you the simple solution, let’s go through the rest:

Multi Level Moron Theory #2- That the “Warm Market” concept is dead. That basically “Old School” network marketing is dead. That if you would not tell people you know, people you meet, friends and family about your business then you have no business being in that business.

I have to tell you that I love the internet, but “Old School” network marketing is NOT DEAD. I am not big on large hotel meetings, etc. BUT I just sponsored a life long friend into my business. Why? Because I know the communication skills that allowed that to happen. He needed help. I have something that will help him. Why the heck would I not offer him a solution. Of course I would and so would you. If you shut off “Old School” network marketing to your teams…you are cutting off a lot of volume. By the way, you would only talk about your business to people you know if it was appropriate. Like if you were talking to them and they expressed a need/want then you could invite them or suggest a resource to help them. But if you call them out of the blue and pitch them with no Greeting established, and you get that awkward feeling then you are violating the Inviting Formula and 10 Communication Qualities.

You can market all day long but if you cannot communicate then you will never reach true professional status whether online or offline. This is the SINGLE biggest problem in MLM.

This one goes along with next Moron Theory.

Multi Level Moron Theory #3- Sensationalistic Headlines. Tag lines are misleading. Like “Your Upline Is Lying To You,” or “Your Company Is Lying To You,” etc.

Let’s face it these statements hit the hot buttons of those folks struggling which is a lot of folks.

I don’t think all uplines and companies and are “lying.” Some might be, but most just don’t know how to help you market. Like they just flat out don’t know so they discourage it so you don’t “get distracted.” This is YOUR responsibility. Not your upline or your company. Learn how to market. Don’t ask them what they think of it because many will tell you not to do it. But you must learn this to really have control of your income for the short term and long term. This is where the True Online MLM Professionals are 100% correct.

So if we are going to market. Where would we do it? Newspapers? Uhmmm readership of newspapers is going down big time…many are going out of business. I have not read a newspaper in 2 years. So I am not going to do that. Direct Mail still works, but you need a budget to do this. By the way there are offline ways to create good leads. But for this purpose…where are MLM Professionals going to turn?…they are going to turn to the internet of course. Listen if I can order a Dominos Pizza online…get status updates that “John has left the store with my pizza”…email confirmations, etc… Then it is only natural that we are going to turn to the internet to find more prospects….

You know that right now that if you had a way to get an excellent stream of excited prospects coming across your desk right now…you would be all for it. You wouldn’t be complaining. You would be like Holey Smokes!!! Thank Goodness! You know you would.

This is where KNOWLEDGE comes in, you have to get the knowledge, pay the price and learn. If this Million Dollar Club member can do it, so can you. Most people don’t know how to do it. I ran across information that REALLY does work with no BS. You may not know, but I was a Captain in the US Army and my BS detector is bigger than most. You have to learn this. You don’t have to spam, tick people off, stick your finger in your company’s eye to create a lot of leads.

My solution to your issue is this. Learn the proper way to communicate to ANY prospect or heck anyone. Period. This way you will not be a Multi Level Moron.

Then learn how to market so you can truly run your business and control your future. This is my hope for you and in my opinion will lead you to being a true MLM Professional.

I want you to imagine that “The King” of Interviews…The King of News around the world, Mr. Larry King from CNN who knows and has interviewed U.S. Presidents, Oprah, the most famous people in the world and anyone and everyone who make the news, was going to sit down with you and ask you questions about MLM. What would you tell him? Could you imagine yourself doing it? Could you imagine the “top earner” in your company doing the interview? Or would that very thought make you cringe like watching a wildebeest walk into a lion’s den.

Ok so let’s pretend you took it on (man you are brave!). What would you tell him if he asked you questions like this: “How is this different than a Pyramid Scheme?” What would be your answer? I sure hope it wouldn’t be one of those cheesy- “Well Corporate America is really a pyramid..blah….blah…blah…puke…” Or, “Oh yeah Larry and We are all going to go to jail…blah…blah…blah…” You have to do better than this. You can just imagine Larry King peering into your eyes saying…”Ok, MLM, What is it?” How would you explain it? Silence does not work my friends…no hesitating…GO. If you are struggling at all to muster an answer then you are not alone.

There is a person who went to bat for the industry and pulled this interview off…his name is Tim Sales. Tim Sales is quite frankly an MLM Legend who took on the responsibility of making MLM a professional business. Now you have a chance to go behind the scenes and use the same information Tim presented to Larry King and use it in your business so you can get the results that will expand your knowledge and get you more money coming in on a regular basis.

When it comes to content. You must know Your Industry. It is one of the keys and Tim Sales will make you a pro at this in his Professional Presenter. There is no other product like it.

Ok here is your wake up call. If your whole downline is made up of people who jumped ship to your company…enjoy the ride for a while but just when you think things are going great, those people will jump from your company and your income will drop faster than throwing an anvil out 10 story building. You must find people who have NEVER been in MLM before. This is where you create loyalty. Loyalty because you made their life better and they stick with you and your company.

So how would you really learn to do a one on one presentation? When I say one on one presentation, I mean anytime you are talking to anybody could be a presentation. It could be over the phone, sitting at Starbucks face to face, in front of a large audience, a webcast, a live streaming video presentation, or even a video you record. You are always presenting.

Bottom line, you will learn something valuable by studying the Professional Presenter. For everyone it will be something different.

Wouldn’t you want to watch the biggest MLM Master swiftly and easily handle questions that are stopping your downline right now…Like:

What is it?
Is this one of those pyramids?
I am not a salesperson?
Can I do it?
I don’t have the time.

I want you to really think about this…just because people have objections does not make them a bad prospect. It makes them real. But if you just say that they are not serious if they have an objection like “I don’t have the time” then you are just using that as an excuse to why you will not get better and really master these objections. By the way, I am not talking about chasing your broke uncle into the business or calling someone 20 times and leaving 20 voicemails with no response. I am talking about you are there with a PRO from another industry. You either get them to understand or you get smoked. Period. I was not in MLM prior to joining and I stuck with the same company and am in the Million Dollar Club of the company. So you wouldn’t want me if I asked, “What is it?” Of course you would.
